Three key rating systems operate in the commercial sector building market in Australia, being NABERS (National Australian Building Environment Rating System), Green Star and CBD (commercial building Disclosure).  These each provide information on building environmental performance of features that may influence decision making processes for owners and tenants.  To be useful, a rating must be current.

  • Does your client have any requirements relating to building environmental ratings?
