Choosing a tenant representative can be the pivotal decision leading to a satisfying space that fits the needs of the occupants. Tenant reps should have experience in the industry, be familiar with the needs of tenants and how these match to the grade of space to be sought, and capable of providing broad sustainability advice to help the tenant end up with the best solution, not just a new workspace.
