Get a NABERS Rating
Buildings in operation rate their buildings’ energy use with NABERS. It is a key measure for tracking on-going performance and benchmarking. Base buildings (common areas, lift lobbies, etc), tenancies, and whole buildings (base and tenancy) can all be rated with NABERS. NABERS rates a space based upon one year’s worth of energy bills and provides a like for like comparison with other tenancies or buildings across Australia.
